Foreclosure Rankings for Last month

Here it is folks. The news for the average homeowner is not very good. If you are an investor it's the best darn thing you could here. Georgia is in the top 12 states for foreclosures. And according to the statistics that I've been reading, it looks like this past year was just the beginning of the sunami ahead of us. Using the same analogy, it's like the water pulled back in preparation for the big wave.
Although there are hundreds of properties applying and receiving "loan modifications" the news is not good. Apparently the modifications for many was just a temporary fix. Bets are being taken on how many of those foreclosures were simply delayed. Next up? All of the conventional loans (that's right, the ones who put 10-30% down) have adjusting…
